We work for the buyer
One Property Group advises and represents international buyers on the Costa del Sol. We’re based here, we’ve lived here for twenty-five years, and we work across New Homes between Estepona and Málaga.
What that means
Most people buying here deal with an agent who is paid to sell one particular thing. We aren’t. We have no stock of our own, so there’s nothing we need you to choose.
What we do instead is understand what you actually want, look at everything available that could fit, and tell you honestly what we think of each one, including the parts a brochure leaves out. Then we drive you round, negotiate on your behalf and stay with it through the lawyer, the notary and the keys.
Our fee is paid by the seller or the developer. The price you pay is exactly the same whether you use us or not.
What we actually check
Micro-location, whether the view is protected, where the noise comes from, what’s due to be built nearby, and which developments hold their value. Not general area talk. The specific things that make two apparently similar homes worth very different money.
Track record, build specification, how the community is designed, the phase and pricing strategy, orientation, and whether the rental and resale demand is real or hoped for. If it doesn’t stand up, it doesn’t reach your shortlist.
You tell us the budget, the timeline and what matters. We tell you why each home made the cut and what the trade-off is with each. You’re choosing between properties we’d defend, not the ones that are easiest for someone to sell.
We stay involved. Coordinating the next steps, introducing the lawyer and the other people you’ll need, helping with snagging, and getting you through to actually living there.
We don’t charge buyers anything. Our fee is paid by the seller or the developer, and our business runs on repeat clients and referrals.
