One property group helped me to find my first property purchase in the Costa del Sol. Oliver Hornby was extremely helpful during the whole process, even picking me up from Malaga train station to view a property!

In my pursuit of acquiring property in the Malaga region of Spain, I received information from several estate agents regarding potential properties. Inspired by this, I made an impromptu visit to the area and reviewed some of the listings. Initially, my wife and I had reservations about the property selection. However, on the second day, we met with Oliver from One Property Group. We had engaged in several telephone conversations prior to our visit to Malaga, clarifying our preferences and requirements for a property. Despite our reservations, Oliver diligently fulfilled his role and presented us with properties that met our criteria but did not stand out as a holiday home. Subsequently, he suggested a property under construction by TM Group, which we were not entirely convinced of. Nevertheless, Oliver proposed an alternative option within the development: a penthouse, which ultimately fulfilled all our expectations.

We have now secured our dream holiday home at Marine Hills with the invaluable assistance of Oliver. Even after agreeing to the purchase, he continued to assist us and show us the area. His commitment to his clients is truly remarkable, and I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking to purchase a property. Oliver demonstrates exceptional listening skills, shows you what you want, analyses the situation, and provides suggestions without being pushy or forceful.

With the assistance of Oliver and his connections within the property market, we have been able to secure the property. We have also enlisted the services of a legal team that will assist us with all aspects of the purchase, including visa applications, opening bank accounts in Spain, and even an interior designer who will, upon completion, make the property a turn-key home, allowing us to walk in and enjoy our time from the very first day.

Kara helped me procure my dream flat at the very last minute and none of it would have been possible without her. This was a very smooth and personal purchase process.  All of my needs and concerns were addressed and Kara spent many hours showing me various options and looking at the pros and cons until eventually the perfect property was found.
